If you have ever met George before, you would know his one creative being! Actually we think he is a genius, or he is trying to keep us healthy!

Here at Roastville, we are not only interested in serving up super delicious food but also food and drink that is healthy and nourishing. So it only made sense to create our own special blend of the almighty Kombucha drink.

We have taken our love affair with coffee and used that relationship to inspire our version of the delightful drink. We have selected organic Bolivian Cascara, which is the cherry of a coffee plant (Cascara meaning ‘husk’ in Spanish), combined it with organic dates and raisins and brewed these luscious flavors together by the hands of a local Marrickville business. The result is a humble sweetness with an exotic twist, you have to try it to really appreciate this unique Kombucha!
